Global 2023/24 barley production was raised by 0.5 MMT to 142.3 MMT based on upward revision for Russia by 1 MMT to 20.5 MMT, and Ukraine by 0.35 MMT to 6.15 MMT. It offset reductions for Argentina (-0.3 MMT to 5 MMT), and the EU (-0.3 MMT to 48.35 MMT).
Barley exports are raised for Ukraine by 0.2 MMT to 2 MMT.
Global barley ending stocks up by 0.5 MMT to 18.1 MMT.
