By 15 Nov, handy freight rates from POC ports decreased by 2-3 USD/MT w/w to 42 USD to Egypt, 44 USD to Italy, 46 USD to SpainMed.
Panamax rates remained stable at 60-62 USD to China, 40 USD to Spain.
